For the first year from the installation date, Grand Avenue Flooring & Interiors offers an in-home assurance policy. If your shade requires service during the first year, you can send a picture of the shade, a description of the issue (videos are best), as well as the room location to sara@grandaveflooring.com. From there, we will contact you with any questions, and/or will submit a service request.
It typically takes about 2-3 weeks to get your shade fixed. If your shade is outside of the in-home warranty period (1 year), the shade must be removed from the window and brought into our Repair Center. We can send you directions on how to do this. Sometimes we may be able to fix it onsite. Please be advised there are minimum charges and shipping fees to fix your blinds.
